Ingredients:
1 lb bison burger
2 TB Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
1 egg
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Make 4 round balls and roll in hand until firm.
On a cutting board or cookie sheet firmly press into patties.
Grill at 400 degrees 5 minutes per side.
